Returns may be made up to 14 days after receiving the product, except for custom garments from the Première Line, which cannot be returned pursuant to art. 59, par I, sections c, d and e of the Italian Sales Code.

To return an item, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses found on the “Contact Us” page. Or, you may fill out the return request form that can be downloaded here.
To meet the time limit on returns, it is enough to send a signed return request message or compiled form within 14 days after having received your order. You will then receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information to complete the return.
Returned items must be shipped to our headquarters without delay, no later than 14 days after sending the return request. The direct costs associated with the returned items will be paid by the Customer, who will be responsible only for the reduction in value resulting from handling or damaging the items beyond the minimum necessary to confirm their nature, characteristics and function.
Vebi will reimburse Customers for returned items, including delivery and shipping fees (except for supplementary fees incurred due to non-standard shipping), excluding return delivery fees, within 14 days from having received the return request. Reimbursements will be subject to an inspection of the returned items at our headquarters.
All refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.
